Pour ceux qui cherche à acheter un logement (appartement, villa, résidence, maison…) en grande Bretagne, que j’écris cet article qui prenne source : “Prix immo“.
PRIX IMMO indique que depuis quelques mois, le marché immobilier au Royaume Uni est plongé dans une baisse et que le gouvernement britannique avait tenté de calmer les agents et promoteurs immobiliers en promettant un retour rapide à la croissance. Mais pour le moment, aucune solution efficace n’a été trouvée pour mettre fin à la crise immobilière.
Des experts dans le domaine de l’immobilier annoncent que les prix de l’immobilier pourraient baisser de 30% en Angleterre…cette crise est dûe à la baisse des prix de l’immobilier et l’assèchement du crédit qui touchent également les Etats-Unis….
