Groupe Damac et la crise immobilière
L’annulation de ses projet immobiliers en Tunisie par le groupe Damac, (réalisation du projet hôtelier et immobilier à Korbous et la réhabilitation de la zone de la petite Sicile à Tunis), nous pousse à poser la question sur une éventuelle crise immobilière, causé principalement par la crise financière qui aurait atteint Dubaï ;
Cette crise Immobilière et financière en Emirats arabes unis s’est concrétisée chez le Damac Properties par le licenciement de 200 personnes ; soit 2,5% de son personnel et blocage de ses développements internationaux en Tunisie, au Maroc, en Algérie, en Inde et au Pakistan.
