Atlas immobilier en 2009

L’Atlas immobilier a déclaré que l’année 2008 a été une année très intéressante pour l’immobilier au Maroc surtout dans les grandes villes ou le développement urbain ravage tout espace comme Casablanca, Rabat, Tanger, Fès…
Pour l’année 2009, Atlas Immobilier est optimiste vu l’économie marocaine que considère très florissante et que le système financier résiste à la crise internationale.
En plus de cela, Le besoin de logement des Marocains est toujours insatisfait surtout le logement économique.
